  • let’s ferment it! making own lactofermented veggies using different recepies.

This workshop will only take place with a minimum of 3 applicant. The final confirmation will be send by email two days prior to the workshop.

This workshop  is an introduction to lacto-fermentation. 

We will show you how to to preserve vegetables through lacto-fermentation.

During the course you will learn the basics of the lacto-fermentation process, the theory of this type of fermentation, which is also called wild fermentation. You will receive step by step  instructions for making your own fermented foods. 

You will receive some simple recipes to get started with. 

During this workshop you will make four variants of wild fermented seasonal vegetables. You will be shown in detail how to clean and prepare the containers, how to ferment and how to create different flavours .

We will also serve some delicious lacto-fermented veggies.
